The Best Kind of Days

The Best Kind of Days

IMG_7944.JPGThis morning Akash and I took a little trip to the farmer’s market in Bryan! Since it’s the weekend before Thanksgiving break, we have a little more free time than normal so we figured we would stop by before my appointment at the car service place. I’d never been to a farmer’s market before so it was super fun to see everything there. To be completely honest, I’m not a huge outdoors-y person… but it was definitely fun taking cute pictures of all the plants there 😛

They had the cutest little plants, and even though I definitely don’t have a green thumb, I want to go back to get some of these little succulents and cacti to put in a glass planter to keep in my room- adorable!!

Of course we had to stop by for some brunch afterwards! (If you know me,  you know I love brunch more than 99% of things in this world.) First Watch is one of my all-time favorite brunch places- it’s seriously so good!! I wish they were open all day, though, that would seriously be a dream come true.IMG_7995.JPGIMG_7999.JPG

Unfortunately, though, the lighting wasn’t our friend today so we weren’t able to get any cute food pics 🙁 Next time for sure! If you’ve never had their iced coffee, though, it’s seriously so refreshing. A little on the sweet & creamy side, but still delicious nonetheless.

Personally, I love spending my weekends running around being productive, but it was super nice being able to just take a little breather and watch movies. Then it was back to go go go, and we ran a few errands around town for a little project I’m working on that you all will get to see next week! Be sure to follow my Instagram for some sneak peeks. 🙂

I hope you guys enjoyed this diary-style post! I always get a lot of good feedback when I post some more personal lifestyle content, so I thought this would be a fun way to share a little bit of my life with all of you.
