Happy Friday y’all! I hope you all had a wonderful week. It’s been a busy one around here! Last Friday, I flew to Dallas to hang out with my family for a bit. It was so nice to have spend some time with them, and I wish I could do it more often! Either way, I’m thankful I got to spend a few days at home, and I’m excited to be back for the holidays in just a few short weeks! I got back to LA on Wednesday night, and the past two days in LA have been such a rush. We had a photoshoot at work yesterday, and then today I’ve just been cranking through emails and catching up on work I didn’t get to during the week. Now it’s Friday night and I have crazy plans to finish up work at the office. 😉
I rarely get to write on the blog in live time (aka not have to schedule in advance) so this feels a little weird!! I’m really pushing myself to try and write more often, so sometimes y’all may get posts from me on here with no specific topic. I hope that’s okay with y’all!
Yesterday at work, our photoshoot took place in Downtown, and one of the gems of LA is the Downtown Flower Market. You can get SO many beautiful flowers of different kinds for dirt cheap. Two dozen roses are only $9- can you believe it?! I walked by and couldn’t help but stop for these gorgeous sunflowers. Two bunches of beautiful yellow & orange sunflowers were only $7. Yes please! What are your favorite flowers? I’m a big peony fan- I think it’s the Blair Waldorf in me, haha!
