I get asked all the time why I don’t share a ton of hair product recommendations on here, and the simple answer is that I don’t use a ton! Lately, though, I’ve gotten a bit of an itch to start trying out more hair products, and I wanted to share the ones that I find to be actually worth trying. As I’ve been dipping my toes more into haircare, it seems there are so many different products that claim to do so many different things. Here are a few of my favorite hair products that are worth trying!

Ouai Wave Spray
Since cutting my hair this past weekend, this has been a god-send! I’m usually a before-bed shower kinda person, but the days I shower before work, I wait until my hair’s half-dry and spray some of this stuff in. It smells amazing, and makes my hair look great once dry. Since I have stick-straight hair, it’s hard for me to get that beachy wave look, but after running my hair through a quick wand and spraying this, it creates such a pretty easy wave. Plus, it doesn’t feel crunchy afterwards!
Drybar On the Rocks Charcoal Clarifying Shampoo
After days of loading up hair product, my hair always feels a little gross. Sometimes I can physically feel the product build-up in my roots- ew. Enter, the Drybar On the Rocks shampoo! It’s a charcoal shampoo, that’s made for clarifying. After 1 use, your hair will feel so refreshed and incredibly clean. Def a must-have! One quick note on this, though, is that it’s only good to use about once a week. If you use it more than that it can be stripping to your hair, and we don’t want that!
Briogeo Heat Protectant Creme
Since I’ve been using more heat on my hair lately, I’ve also been applying this heat protectant to my hair before using any hair tool. This product acts as a barrier between your hair and your hot tool, to prevent damage. Briogeo is one of my favorite hair care brands, and the best part is that it’s clean! I’ve been adventuring more and more into clean beauty- and learning so much along the way. It’s one of the few clean hair brands I’ve tried, and it’s seriously blown me away.
Moroccan Oil Treatment
I’ve been using this stuff for years, and still love it so much. I get asked all the time how my hair can grow so long and still be so healthy and shiny, and I honestly think this is the magic stuff! I put it in after I shower, and it makes my hair smell amazing and feel so soft when dry. A bunch of my friends have started using this product after hearing me rave about it, and they’re all obsessed too! It works for every hair type.
