Hello friends! Today I’m sharing this striped peplum top that’s perfect for summertime, and how to style it super effortlessly!
How cute is this striped peplum top?! I’m head over heels over it! Y’all know by now- my classic uniform is a cute top with a pair of jeans, so this top is perfect for that! In a couple weeks it’ll be getting super hot in Texas, so I’ll be wearing this top all the time with my fave go-to white shorts.
With neutral outfits like this one, I like pairing them with a bold lip & some fun accessories for a little pop of color. I’ve finally found my signature red lip, y’all!! This shade is by NARS and it’s the absolute perfect red lip for summer, with slight cool tones to make your teeth look extra white 🙂
I went ahead and paired the look with some pretty turquoise earrings as a slight pop of color, just to mix it up a little bit. Neutrals are always my go-to (love me some grey & white), but it’s always fun to throw in some color here and there! You could totally make this look more work-friendly by throwing on a blazer and some white trousers- you can definitely catch me wearing this to work soon!
Sidenote: be sure to size down in this top- it runs a tad big!
