Who doesn’t love sleeping? I sure do. Probably more than most. I don’t care how hard I have to work during the day to get all my sh*t done, when it comes to bed time & shutting off it’s an absolute non-negotiable. Every night, I make sure to go to bed early enough so that I can let my body wake up naturally, rather than to an alarm. While not all of us are able to fit in 8 hours for sleep every night (even though you should!!) I’m sharing a few tips of how to get the most of the sleep you’re able to get!
